1. Definitions

  • "Platform": QRPlaza.space service and related applications
  • "User": registered individual or legal entity
  • "Order": complete meal purchase transaction

2. Account Registration

Important: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Credential sharing is strictly prohibited.

Requirements:

  1. Be at least 18 years old
  2. Provide accurate and updated information
  3. Verify email address

3. Order Management

Orders become binding when:

  • Payment is completed
  • Email confirmation is received
  • Restaurant accepts the order

Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of confirmation. Subsequent cancellations follow restaurant policies.

4. Payments & Refunds

Accepted Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • QRPlaza Gift Cards

Refund Conditions:

  1. Request within 48 hours of order
  2. Photographic documentation of issue
  3. Restaurant mediation attempt

5. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for content they upload or share through the service:

  • Restaurant reviews and ratings
  • Meal photos
  • Comments and feedback
  • Promotional content

QRPlaza.space reserves the right to:

  1. Remove inappropriate or illegal content
  2. Suspend violating accounts
  3. Moderate false reviews

Prohibited:

  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Offensive or defamatory material
  • Promotion of illegal activities

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Errors in user-provided information
  • Delivery delays
  • Undeclared allergies or intolerances
  • Technical issues of partner restaurants

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will become effective 30 days after publication.
